Evidence-based, trauma-informed services, including EMDR when clinically appropriate.
Wellness & Resilience
Mindfulness, fitness, recreation, peer support, life skills, outdoor healing, resilience-building, and discharge planning.
Path Forward
Continuing care planning, community partnerships, outpatient referrals, individualized support to promote long-term wellness after discharge.
