Our Story
Built on Truth, Healing & Hope
SineCera was founded upon a simple but powerful belief: individuals who dedicate their lives to serving others deserve access to specialized treatment when they themselves need support.
History & Development
Why SineCera Exists
SineCera was founded by Thomas Hennessy, who served as a Marine and understands firsthand what it means to serve — and what it costs.
Across the nation, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, healthcare professionals, and trauma survivors face increasing rates of PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicide, burnout, and occupational stress injuries.
Despite the growing prevalence of these conditions, many individuals struggle to find treatment programs that understand the unique realities of trauma exposure and psychological injury.
The name SineCera is derived from the concept of sincerity and authenticity. The organization believes healing begins when individuals are able to confront their experiences honestly within a safe and supportive environment.
